Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly servers who will guide guests through the dining experience with warmth and confidence. You will learn and promote our Wine Club offerings while delivering memorable service in a fast-paced, upscale casual environment.

Applicants should be at least 21, have server experience, and be comfortable discussing wine pairings. Training focuses on hospitality excellence, teamwork, and guest engagement across all dining sections.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of server experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly about menu and wine.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and wine club benefits.
• Deliver food and beverages with speed and hospitality.
• Follow steps of service and SOPs for opening, shift, and closing.
