Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a server who enhances the guest experience through warm, team-based service and thoughtful conversation. You will guide guests through our food, wine, and the Wine Club with confidence and care, turning visits into memories.

As a server, you’ll need to know the menu and wine list, use the POS system accurately, and follow standards to prepare service areas. Flexible weekend availability helps support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have six months of server experience.

Responsibilities

• Show Up Ready: Arrive on time, in proper uniform; know the menu, wine list, and steps of service; use the POS system; understand the Wine Club benefits; follow SOPs for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
