Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking friendly servers to deliver thoughtful hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You will guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club with confident service and warm conversation.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of server experience in upscale casual settings, are 21+, and can handle a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to guests’ needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with at least 6 months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting; lift 40 pounds and stand up to 10 hours.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Flexible weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Show up ready, on time, and in proper uniform.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Promote Cooper's Hawk Wine Club benefits to guests.
• Follow SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
