Located in the Okanagan Valley, our wineries are known for world‑class wines, distinctive architecture, exceptional hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with the Wine Club Membership Manager and teams across Guest Experience, Marketing, Events, and Fulfillment, you will help ensure members receive timely, thoughtful, and consistent service at every touchpoint.

This is an ideal opportunity for an organized and driven individual with customer-facing or hospitality experience who enjoys building relationships, connecting with members, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support club-exclusive events, including guest lists, event details, communications, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and complete timely system updates.
  • Track membership activity, including signups, retention, sales, and service trends.
  • Share member feedback and operational insights with the Wine Club Membership Manager.
  • Support Wine Club training and program education for guest-facing team members.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience, Marketing, Events, Fulfillment, and other internal teams.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Previous customer-facing, hospitality, retail, sales, or member-service experience.
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
  • Confidence connecting with members by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • A curious, driven, and collaborative approach to your work.

  • Comfort learning and working with membership, reservation, CRM, or customer service platforms.

The ideal candidate creates warm and personalized interactions that make members feel recognized and valued. You are comfortable reaching out to members, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and support sales.

You are organized, curious, and dependable, with the attention to detail needed to coordinate shipments, pickups, events, communications, and membership records. You take ownership of member questions, identify practical solutions, and follow through consistently.

Above all, you are driven to provide excellent service and enjoy collaborating with others to create memorable Wine Club experiences.
