Job summary

Colene Clemens Vineyards seeks an innovative Wine Club & E-Commerce Manager to lead membership growth, engagement, and direct-to-consumer sales. The role combines hospitality, marketing, and operational excellence within a small team dedicated to a positive culture.

Base salary is $70,000–$80,000 with potential bonuses of $12,000–$15,000 annually based on performance. This position shapes the future of Wine Club offerings, experiences, and loyalty for a family-owned estate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wine club mgmt or DTC roles.
• Proven ability to grow membership and revenue.
• Strong retention and relationship marketing skills.
• Sales-driven with measurable goals.
• Wine knowledge and hospitality passion.
• Experience with Commerce7 or similar platform.
• Familiar with Mailchimp, TOCK and Red Chirp.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Graphic design skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth, and profitability of the Wine Club.
• Develop initiatives to increase membership, engagement, and minimize attrition.
• Manage member lifecycle from acquisition to shipments and retention.
• Develop member benefits, experiences, communications, and events that strengthen loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Drive direct-to-consumer revenue through Wine Club and e-commerce.
• Own the winery's website and e-commerce experience, including promotions.
• Improve website performance, online shopping, conversion, and AOV.
• Manage and process orders with accurate fulfillment and customer service.
• Develop consumer promotions and strategies to encourage repeat purchases.
• Oversee wine club and DTC shipping and fulfillment actions.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate across the winery to resolve order issues.
• Improve systems to support growth and operational accuracy.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on brand campaigns, emails, and promotions.
• Play active role in social media strategy and content creation.
• Host winery guests weekly and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Collaborate to transition guests to ongoing Wine Club relationships.
• Design and lead Wine Club events and experiences.
