Job summary

Bryn Mawr Vineyards in Salem, Oregon, seeks a Wine Club & Fulfillment Manager to drive our wine club strategy, member retention, and sales growth.

In this high-touch, detail-oriented role, you will manage two club releases per year, coordinate shipping, maintain CRM, and engage with members at events and in tasting room. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus wine knowledge, are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of wine club management, DTC sales, or hospitality experience.
• Experience with winery POS and DTC platforms and CRM tools (Commerce 7).
• SOVOS Ship Compliant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong wine knowledge and passion.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wine Club Operations: maintain relationships with 1,400+ members and manage inquiries, orders, and preferences.
• Fulfillment: coordinate shipping with FedEx, create labels, pack orders, and manage inventory.
• Sales & Growth: implement data-driven initiatives to grow club membership and signups.
