Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Wine Club members via email, phone, or SMS.
• Process new member sign-ups, orders and returns accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer concerns in a positive, expedient manner.
• Coordinate shipment status, billing, and special handling with fulfillment teams.
• Maintain accuracy of members' profiles and manage club communications.
• Assist with will-call orders, RSVPs, and ticket sales for wine club events.
