Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the store.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
