Job summary

Total Wine & More in Spokane, WA is seeking_store team members to support inventory, in-store and curbside pickup, and delivery services. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management, focusing on merchandising while possibly handling sales and front-end duties as needed.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory through freight processing, stocking merchandise, displays, end caps, signage, and supporting digital orders.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and provide product information for a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Stay informed about ads, promotions, and loyalty programs; maintain store safety and cleanliness.
