Job summary

Total Wine & More in Washington state is hiring Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, manage product inventory, and support online orders with curbside pickup and delivery when required. Internally called Merchandiser, you’ll stock, build displays, and assist with in-store operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work 8–10 hours daily.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and stock merchandise.
• Assist with online orders, curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; follow alcohol sale laws.
• Train on wine, spirits, and beer products.
