Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations and beverage program.
• Manage inventory, wine lockers, and reports.
• Assist GM with scheduling and staff coordination.
• Lead staff training and ongoing development.
• Maintain service standards, plate presentation, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Coordinate with team to support liquor sales and customer service.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
