Ruth’s Chris Steak House is seeking a professional server to coordinate a minimum three-table station and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, recommend wines, and guide them through the menu while ensuring timely service and high presentation standards.

The role requires strong guest-service skills, proficiency with POS systems, and teamwork to support seamless operations in a high-end dining environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Excellent guest service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Diplomatically handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a minimum three-table station to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds Guest expectations.
• Greet Guests, take orders, and provide wine and menu recommendations.
• Process orders and ensure timely service using POS and Pivot Point systems.
• Maintain tables and stations, restock supplies, and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to the Manager-On-Duty and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Close station per Manager-On-Duty directions and adhere to safety standards.
