Montage Big Sky by Montage International is seeking a Sommelier to elevate wine program excellence in a luxury guest environment. You will guide guests through curated wine selections, teach associates about regions and pairings, and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

In this role you’ll mentor staff, manage cellar quality, and collaborate with beverage leadership to optimize cost and service standards. A passion for hospitality and guest delight is essential for success.

Competenze

• Minimum one year in food and beverage operations.
• Experience with MICROS or similar POS systems.
• Guild of Sommeliers certificate is a plus.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in selling beverages across outlets, lounge, and banquets.
• Guide guests through the wine list with detailed recommendations.
• Educate staff on wine regions, varietals, pairings, and service standards.
• Maintain wine cellar conditions and inventory.
• Monitor beverage costs and pricing with management.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and deliver WOW moments.
