Qualifikationen

• Certified Sommelier or WSET Level 3 preferred.
• California Food Handler Certification required.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required.
• Harassment Prevention Training completed.

Aufgaben

• Actively engage with members during peak service to guide wine offerings.
• Maintain active floor presence to assist service team and ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop, plan, promote, and host member wine events and dinners.
• Lead committee functions with the Wine Committee Chairman.
• Audit and manage wine cellars and inventory for cost controls.
