Job summary

The Pacific Club in Newport Beach seeks a bartender/server who delivers friendly, attentive service to our members and guests. You will showcase knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, and mixers, prepare drinks, and support dining room operations as directed by management.

This part-time, no-tip position requires 1–2 years in fine dining, valid Food Handler and RBS certifications, and the ability to work weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years in fine dining; prior customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and assist in dining room operations per manager directions.
• Maintain bar inventory and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with laws and club policies on alcohol service.
• Work as a team with bartenders and service staff.
