Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club is seeking a Beverage Director to lead all beverage operations across our luxury private club. You will manage wine programs, purchasing, inventory controls, vendor relationships, and staff training to elevate member experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of beverage leadership in high-end settings, advanced wine knowledge (CMS/WSET preferred), and strong budgeting and forecasting abilities. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position at our Idaho club.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of beverage leadership in luxury hospitality or club environments.
• Experience managing inventories, budgets, and staff in high-end settings.
• Advanced wine knowledge and ability to train staff on service standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead beverage operations across multiple outlets and events.
• Oversee wine program, purchasing, inventory controls, and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, COS, and cost of sales while ensuring member experiences.
• Train bartenders and staff; ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with GM, DFB, and outlets to deliver exceptional service.
