Job summary

Vertice Hospitality Management is seeking a Wine and Beverage Director to provide strategic leadership for beverage programs across our California properties. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape a world-class beverage strategy that aligns with each property's identity while driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.

You will partner with culinary, operations, finance, and ownership to manage wine lists, cocktails, and education, supervise Beverage Managers and sommeliers, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive beverage leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing beverage operations across multiple locations or concepts.
• Professional beverage certifications required (e.g. Master Sommelier, Advanced Sommelier, WSET Diploma or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall beverage vision and strategy across the portfolio.
• Oversee wine lists, cocktail programs, spirits selections, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Lead beverage education programs and develop talent across properties.
