Job summary

Paradies Lagardere Default is seeking a Server to deliver First Class Service to guests and partners in a fast-paced environment. You will present the menu, answer questions, and upsell items while processing POS transactions and ensuring accurate orders.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across seating, phones, and stock duties. Alcohol service certification is maintained and compliance with laws is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling money and a POS system.
• Ability to work varied shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards for guests, business partners and peers.
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Process all POS transactions quickly while following cash handling SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist in other areas as needed.
• Seating guests, answering phones, stocking, cleaning and documentation as required.
• Ensure guests receive correct orders and follow up to complete service.
• Maintain current adult beverage certification and compliance with all laws.
