Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is hiring a Host/Hostess to provide first-class service in a restaurant setting. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, and coordinate with wait staff while managing a seating chart and offer carryout services.

You will also handle basic cash-out duties and assist with phones and questions, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role emphasizes guest relations, multitasking, and consistent adherence to company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, managers, and guests.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and a point of sale system.
• Ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, partner, and peer.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Welcome guests and present the menu.
• Take carryout orders, buss tables, restock display cases.
• Maintain seating chart and coordinate with wait staff.
• Operate cashier and cash out guests at the POS.
• Answer phones and guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow safety rules.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal food-safety laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
