Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Team Members, ensure quality service and products, and uphold company procedures in the absence of the Store Manager. The role represents the brand professionally and supports daily operations with opening and closing duties.

You will assist in planning promotions, manage inventory and orders, train new staff, and motivate the team to maintain high standards, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Register and cash handling experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year retail experience.
• Supervisory position in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a profitable store and assist in sales volume growth.
• Assist in planning and executing sales promotions.
• Respond pro-actively to customer service situations and answer inquiries.
• Open and close store; complete Daily Reports as assigned.
• Order coffee, baked goods and supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store and follow visual standards.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain quality and service.
