Reyes Holdings in the United States seeks a Sales professional to drive the Wine portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers, executing commercial plans and building key accounts across on-premise and off-premise channels.

The role focuses on achieving sales and distribution goals, increasing core brand distribution, and delivering compelling spirits programs with education and training for the market. A strong customer-facing orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels

Responsibilities

• Drives the success of the Wine portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated.
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
