Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to guide the strategy, design, and implementation of Windows solutions, with a focus on Intune, ConfigMgr, and modern workplace technology. This role collaborates with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design.

You will lead policy management, compliance, and automation across Windows endpoints, ensuring security and privacy while supporting device lifecycle across Humana’s lines of business.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Windows endpoint management leveraging Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune.
• 3 years experience implementing new technologies through Proof of Concepts/Values
• 2 years managing Edge browser using Group Policy, Intune, or Edge Management Service
• 3 years experience managing OEM hardware, BIOS, Drivers, and security configurations for Windows endpoints
• 3 years experience deploying Windows via Operating System Deployment, Windows Autopilot, or virtual platforms such as Hyper-V, eSX, or Windows 365/AVD
• 2 years performing automations via PowerShell, Python, or other automation languages

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of Windows solutions across Humana.
• Oversee policy management, compliance, and automation for Windows endpoints.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design.
• Ensure security, privacy, and device lifecycle across enterprise Windows devices.
