Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Intune Engineer to design, implement, administer, and continuously improve Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft Endpoint Management ecosystem across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

This role partners with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IAM, Service Desk, and Digital Workplace teams to enable Zero Trust, optimize Microsoft 365, automate management workflows with PowerShell and Graph, and deliver a secure, modern, and seamless end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise endpoint management.
• 3+ years hands-on Intune administration.
• Experience with Intune, MEM, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Intune policies and device configurations.
• Integrate MEM, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Defender for endpoints.
• Develop enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle processes.
• Create and deploy apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Support zero-touch Autopilot deployments.
• Monitor device compliance and remediate issues.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to enforce Zero Trust.
• Configure Conditional Access with Entra ID.
• Produce endpoint dashboards and metrics.
