Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Lead to oversee modern device and application management using Microsoft Intune in a highly regulated environment. You will guide a team of 3+ technicians, shape policies, and drive migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr and GPO-based management to Intune.

You will partner with security and service desk teams to ensure Zero Trust alignment, develop runbooks and documentation, and mentor staff on Intune

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience with Intune administration.
• Certified endpoint administrator or equivalent certification.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Experience leading a 3+ person team and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across multiple platforms.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during migrations.
• Design and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
• Apply Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Lead root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and guide escalation.
• Collaborate with security and service desk to ensure Zero Trust alignment.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
