Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of Windows-based enterprise solutions across Humana's lines of business. The role focuses on Intune, ConfigMgr and related enterprise mobility management, policy, and security controls.

You will lead multi-team collaboration with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design to expand Windows capabilities, ensure BC/DR readiness, and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Windows endpoint management leveraging Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune.
• 2 years managing Edge browser using Group Policy, Intune, or Edge Management Service.
• 3 years experience managing OEM hardware, BIOS, Drivers, and security configurations for Windows endpoints.
• 2 years performing automations via PowerShell, Python, or other automation languages.
• MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Nexthink Associate certification or above
• Microsoft Customer Connection Program (CCP) for Management
• Microsoft Graph API automation
• Windows roadmap, lifecycle, and new capability deployment
• 3 years securing Windows endpoints with security teams
• 2 years Gartner/Forrester trend awareness
• 2 years with System Center Orchestrator, Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, or Power Platform
• 2 years cross-platform standards with Mac, Mobile, Virtual teams
• 3 years deploying Windows via OSD, Autopilot, or Hyper-V/AVD
• 3 years implementing new technologies via PoCs/Value cases
• 1 year using Nexthink, Lakeside, or 1E (DEX tools)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, design, and implementation of Windows solutions.
• Oversee policy, compliance, and automation across Windows endpoints.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design.
• Ensure business continuity and security posture for Windows devices.
• Support growth of Windows solutions across Humana's lines of business.
