Job summary

22nd Century Technologies Inc. seeks a skilled Systems Administrator/Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management to support a secure enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, identity services, endpoint security, and enterprise infrastructure. You will administer Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, MECM/SCCM, Windows Server, and VMware in a hybrid, security-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, M365, Entra ID, and MECM/SCCM.
• Experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Experience with DISA STIGs, server hardening, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, configuration profiles, and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Support MECM/SCCM environments for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support VMware vSphere/ESXi environments and virtualization infrastructure.
• Perform endpoint security management, system hardening, troubleshooting, and PowerShell automation.
• Support infrastructure security initiatives, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
