Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of ConfigMgr/SCCM in a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
Strong experience with OSD, Windows image (WIM) management, app packaging, deployment

Responsibilities

Manage ConfigMgr and Intune to ensure secure, reliable endpoint management.
Design, implement, and maintain OS deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot task sequences, deployments, and upgrades.
Manage endpoint lifecycle including imaging, driver management, packaging, patching, and automation.
Support enterprise migration initiatives and technology modernization projects.
Monitor system performance and diagnose root causes, implementing fixes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
Evaluate new technologies to improve endpoint management and user experience.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide advanced troubleshooting as needed.
Mentor junior team members and promote security and operational best practices.
