Job summary

Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator (Windows) to support PMRF networks, perform daily Windows and Linux server management, and apply DISA STIG hardening in a mission-critical environment.

The role involves patch management, security lockdown, system imaging, and scripting to automate maintenance, with a focus on both classified and unclassified PMRF networks. Requires TS/SSBI-adjacent eligibility and DoD IT credentials.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT, business, or relevant field with 3+ years IT/sysadmin experience
• DOD 8570.1M IAT II or higher is required before start
• RHCSA or Linux+ certification required
• Microsoft Azure Administrator cert (AZ-104) required/preferred
• VMware certification and Windows/RHEL admin skills desired

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Windows servers, clients, and end-user workstations on PMRF networks
• Deploy, patch, and harden systems per DISA STIG requirements
• Manage Linux (RHEL) systems and perform problem solving in live environments
• Configure storage, file systems, and central authentication
• Perform system monitoring, backups, and log management
• Prepare status reports and brief leadership as required
