Job summary

iVenture Solutions, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and support advanced IT infrastructure for our client base. You will lead server and network projects, implement Windows server technologies, and optimize AD, DNS, and GPO configurations on-site.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise Windows experience, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and VDI (XenApp/RDS). You will coordinate migrations, ensure high availability, and mentor junior staff while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience in Windows server environments.
5+ years supporting Windows desktop/server technologies in enterprise networks.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
Experience with virtualization and VDI environments.
Ability to lead migrations and complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

Strategically implement and support Microsoft Windows server technologies and related applications.
Configure and optimize network equipment including switches, firewalls, and routers.
Lead server and network migration projects for networks ranging from 10 to 250 users.
Organise and execute server, application and data migration projects.
Work with teams to manage schedules, provide technical leadership, and resolve escalations.
