Job summary

System Canada is seeking a skilled Level 2/3 IT support professional in the United States to provide comprehensive hardware and software support for enterprise environments. You will be responsible for incident management, ticket resolution, and problem-solving across multiple platforms, including virtualization and collaboration services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010.
• Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 is a plus.
