Job summary

Strategic Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to design and support complex Windows and virtualization infrastructure. The role emphasizes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM, and PowerShell automation in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise data centers, experience with multi-domain AD, and strong communication skills for interaction with C-level staff. This position requires a solid foundation in server admin and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Senior Systems Administrator/Windows Engineer experience.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Center environments.
• Experience with Virtualization, VMware, and multi-domain Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Design and support key infrastructure components of the Virtual and Windows environment including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCOM and SCCM.
• Create system automations using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Install and maintain 3rd party applications in support of financial institution systems.
• Maintain documentation for key infrastructure components and network flows.
• Respond to staff and vendor inquiries and assist in outage remediation.
