Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced L3 Infrastructure & Virtualization Engineer to support enterprise Windows and VMware environments. You will lead upgrades, migrations, and ensure high availability, performance, and security of the datacentre.

Responsibilities include administering VCF/vCenter/ESXi, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Server (2016-2022), plus incident management, automation, and mentoring L1/L2 staff in a global enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• VMware VCP/VCAP certification preferred.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.0 environments.
• Manage and maintain VMware vCenter Server and ESXi hosts.
• Perform cluster management, capacity planning, and troubleshooting of virtualization issues.
• Lead upgrades and migrations (vCenter, ESXi, VCF, Windows Server, SCCM/MECM).
• Provide L3 escalation for major incidents and drive RCA.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and automation workflows.
