Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Windows System Administrator to manage enterprise Windows environments, AD, and cloud services. The role encompasses endpoint management, OS imaging, and ongoing security patches.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting and communication skills to handle Level 3 support and coordinate with IT teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows Server and AD administration.
• Experience with enterprise OS imaging and deployment workflows.
• Ability to provide Level 3 technical support.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities
