Job summary

The City of New York’s NYC Financial Information Services Agency seeks an IT Intern in the Technical Services group to learn and assist in supporting the Windows 11 environment. Qualifications

• Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, manage Windows environment and learn patching.
• Support Ivanti/SCCM/MECM patching and endpoint management tasks.
• Assist with data collection; run reports using Excel and PowerShell.
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to system audits.
• Collaborate with senior staff on software deployment and hardware refreshes.
