Qualifications

• Familiarity with Qualys or equivalent systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workstation environments and provide end-user hardware/software support.
• Set up workstations, diagnose and resolve issues, and upgrade systems.
• Contribute to patch management and remediation efforts for security vulnerabilities.
