Job summary

Hercules Industries seeks an IT Administrator to support Windows-based systems across multiple locations. You will manage Active Directory, group policies, backups, and user support, while monitoring performance and maintaining documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in an IT helpdesk, familiarity with Cloud ERP systems, and strong communication. Schedule is M-F 8:30–5:00 with competitive benefits and an equal-opportunity commitment.

Qualifications

Experience in a corporate support desk providing tier 1 technical support.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
Customer-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving and organizational ability; prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
Experience with Cloud Based ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Windows-based systems, servers, and desktops.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups of IT infrastructure.
Provide first and second-level support to end users—hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
Assist in onboarding/off-boarding of employees with proper IT access and setup.
Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
