thyssenkrupp rothe erde in Ohio seeks a mid-level Windows Systems Administrator to maintain and support Windows Server and Active Directory, performing daily administration, patching, backup and recovery, security, documentation, and infrastructure project work.

You will resolve routine issues and coordinate complex work with internal teams, vendors, and service providers, ensuring systems remain available and compliant in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Availability for scheduled after-hours maintenance and urgent incidents.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot Windows Server systems and domain controllers.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, events, and coordinate maintenance windows.
• Support DNS, DHCP, file/print services, certificates, and group policies.
• Administer Active Directory users, groups, and GPOs; handle authentication issues.
• Apply least-privilege access and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
