Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of computing work experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management and deployment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation background.
• Knowledge of Intune, MECM/SCCM, and cloud-based endpoint management.
• Understanding of security best practices and zero-trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows endpoints using Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Lead transition from MECM/SCCM to cloud-based Intune management.
• Develop automation for deployment, remediation, and reporting.
• Manage OS updates, drivers, and deployment rings.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support academic environments.
