Responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy enterprise apps and monitor deployment quality.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, deployment, identity, and policy issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Design and support Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments for scalability and security.
• Develop PowerShell automation and proactive remediation.
