University of North Texas System is seeking a Windows Endpoint Administrator in Denton to manage Windows endpoints across academic and administrative environments. The role focuses on transitioning from MECM/SCCM to cloud-based Intune, with emphasis on provisioning, security, and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will deploy and automate with PowerShell, maintain device compliance, and collaborate with IT teams to support faculty, staff, classrooms, and research labs in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of related computing work experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience with Intune and MECM/SCCM for packaging, deployment, updates.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls (BitLocker, Defender, LAPS, Zero Trust).

Responsabilidades

• Administer Windows endpoints using Intune and MECM/SCCM with migration to cloud-based management.
• Deploy provisioning, lifecycle management using Autopilot.
• Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications; migrate deployments to Intune.
• Manage OS updates, patching, and deployment rings.
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance; assist with remediation.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts; support reporting.
• Collaborate with university IT teams to support faculty, staff, students.
