Windows Endpoint Engineer (Philadelphia, PA)
Responsibilities
The Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for technologies and capabilities that enhance the end user experience through devices and software. We seek a motivated senior engineer passionate about endpoint management tools and practices. As a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize Intune solutions, migrate from MECM and AD-joined devices to Azure AD and Intune management, develop policies, and work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Qualifications
This is a hybrid role based in Wayne, PA, requiring in-office presence Tues-Wed-Thurs. Remote work is not available, and relocation is required if outside PA.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement Microsoft Intune and MECM solutions, creating policies for deployment, compliance, and security.
- Manage Windows 10 and 11 provisioning using Intune Autopilot and MECM, and develop deployment images.
- Manage Active Directory Group Policy Objects for security and configuration enforcement.
- Implement security and compliance policies within Intune and MECM.
- Create documentation for configurations, provisioning, and policies.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to align infrastructure goals.
- Stay current with endpoint technology trends.
- Participate in projects and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Windows environments, MECM, and Intune.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Certified Intune Expert or similar certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Intune, Azure, and endpoint architecture.
- Automation skills for deployment and management.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience with production review processes.
- Ability to handle multiple issues under pressure.
