Qualifications

• Five years of systems administration and scripting in a large Microsoft server environment.
• Expertise with EUC solutions including MDM-based deployment, onboarding, patching, and policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra services and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft infrastructure services in a large- scale, 24×7 data center.
• Support cloud and on‑premises Microsoft technologies such as Intune, Entra, Autopilot, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, Windows Server, and other Microsoft services.
• Develop scripts (PowerShell) to maintain and enhance UVM systems.
• Engineer and support solutions for MDM improvements and future EUC management.
• Collaborate to evaluate and deploy next generation systems for endpoint management.
• Provide technical support for AppsAnywhere and VMware Horizon VDI environments for academic and admin use.
• Work with Systems and Info Security to ensure secure on-prem and cloud services.
