West Shore Home in Minneapolis is seeking a Service Technician to perform essential service work on our customers' windows and doors, reporting to the Installation Manager and collaborating with Lead Installers and Trainers.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, tour service area, and keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on windows and doors in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and obtain required signatures.
• Leave customer location in a clean and safe condition.
