West Shore Home is hiring a Service Technician to join the Boston team and perform essential service work on windows and doors, following safety standards. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with lead installers, trainers, and operations staff.

This full-time role includes company-provided tools, a vehicle with gas and drive time coverage, and a structured career path as the company expands nationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry or construction.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and assess service area.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customers and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer location clean and safe after service.
