Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis seeks a Service Technician to perform in-home service on windows and doors, reporting to the Installation Manager. You will work with Lead Installers and our operations team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

This full-time role includes paid training, company-provided tools, a vehicle, and a strong benefits package. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, have remodeling experience, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Pride in work and commitment to customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Smartphone or smart device for log-in using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress
• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures li>
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance
