Job summary

EcoView Windows and Doors is seeking a motivated in-home sales representative to meet with homeowners, assess needs, and guide customers from consultation to sale of replacement windows and doors.

You will work with pre-qualified appointments, build trust, and educate customers to generate sales opportunities. Expect a strong team culture, quality products, and uncapped earning potential with a 100% commission model.

Qualifications

• Passionate, highly goal-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, credit check, and criminal check.
• Basic computer and math skills (tape measure calculations).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Sales experience or training is a plus (in-home sales).
• Training provided; Pre-qualified appointments; No overnight travel.
