Job summary

Florida Window & Door in West Palm Beach is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to sell high-quality hurricane protection products to homeowners through company-provided appointments.

This 100% commission role offers uncapped earnings with bonuses, paid training, and ongoing sales support; top performers earn six figures and beyond.

You will build relationships, present solutions, prepare quotes, close deals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday–Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
