Windows Direct USA is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives for the Louisville market to join a fast-growing Midwest home improvement company.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, demonstrate our windows, doors, and bath remodeling solutions, and tailor recommendations to each home. The role offers comprehensive paid training, a 100% W-2 structure, and a clear path to six-figure earnings through commissions and coaching.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using an iPad and learning CRM and quoting software.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation - no cold calling or prospecting.
