Cenvar Roofing & Solar is seeking a Windows & Doors Project Coordinator in Roanoke, VA to oversee installation, warranty, repair, and service work for window and door projects. You will be the main customer contact, ensuring timely, professional handling of requests and issues.

The role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can coordinate crews, monitor schedules, and resolve problems efficiently while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Background check must be clear of felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all installation, warranty, repair, and service-related work for window and door installations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers before, during and after installation.
• Inspect sites, coordinate technicians, manage service schedules and protect customer property.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers about progress and decisions.
• Escalate crew compliance or safety issues to the General Manager as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to boost brand loyalty and branch profitability.
• Identify policies or processes to improve efficiency and support company growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure the company vehicle is orderly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
