Cenvar Roofing in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Windows & Doors Project Coordinator to oversee installation, warranty, and service work for our windows and doors division. You will be the primary contact for customers before, during, and after installation, ensuring service requests are handled promptly and professionally, in line with company standards.

This full-time role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage crews and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Background check clear of felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete every item on the On-Site Project Coordinator checklist and finish work orders on schedule.
• Manage and monitor assigned crew to ensure neatness and prevent damage.
• Analyze job sites to determine protection measures and leave properties in better condition.
• Maintain frequent communication with the customer about progress and decisions.
• Identify and resolve issues in real time; alert the GM if crew compliance arises.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build loyalty and branch profitability.
• Suggest policy and process improvements to increase efficiency and growth.
• Adhere to all safety provisions and company policy.
• Be prepared to work Saturdays when required.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
